Static Url

I have a yahoo account and am having trouble setting up the redirection page for it.
Yahoo says it has ftp access.

my page is something like www.geocities/Myname/index.html

Any help on how to setup the redirection with a step by step as i am a big newbie but trying to learn.

Anyone with expierience in using this software with yahoo and can give and example of what i should enter for the following would be greatly helpful.

FTP File Upload Name:
