You only chmod on unix.
1 Go to the Server Properties Page
2 enable cgi
3 put script in cgi-bin directory in version 1.0.2 (in 1.0.3 they can be anywhere and you need to enable Scripting Engines)
4 click the script button on the Server Properties Page.
5. add a mapping for .pl and .cgi to your
perl.exe file click save and continue.
