New feature I would like to see...

A new feature I would like to see added is direct dial-up.
By that I mean instead of having to connect to the internet and relay data why not allow an option to do a direct-dialled connection directly to the mywebserver root directory?
It would add convenience to those running dynamic IP's,
allow more of a personal touch for primarily local servers, and increased security benefits, while still permitting a community setting.
Many a moon ago, I ran a dos-based Bulletin Board System from my home, but with the increased popularity of the internet, Bulletin Boards are all but gone now.
I enjoyed it immensely, but had no way of transferring modern media over the old BBS setup, it couldn't read HTML, Java, Jscript, or CGI.
So, if you could just teach your program to answer the phone, then route to the MWS root directory after password login (or a new user account setup with limited access), I would be much grateful. I can think of several churches, schools, and small businesses, that could also benefit from the proposed features as well.
