I use a Linksys router with a Motorola SB4100 cable modem. I have to program the router for port forwarding (pick a port 9600?)to my home network IP 192.168.1.100. You cannot use DHCP but must have a static IP on the computer that has MyWebServer. The URL must contain the port number http://31.31.31.31:9600
