Can't access website from some computers

My webserver is installed on Win XP and cable modem.

I can access my website from another computer Win 98SE I have in another room on a dialup.

The problem is when I tried to connect from two other computers also running Win 98SE and they said page not available.

None of the computers are behind a firewall
