Router Problems

I can't seem to access my files outside my network. I am using a D-Link DI 704P router with the -absolute command and the D-Links virtual server settings are

Port: 80
Ip: 192.168.0.178 which is my computers address on the network, please help. I believe this software will be great if I can get it working. Thank You.
