restricting folders and directing to 2 rather than 1

Hiya, rathetr a complicated Q here.

What I would like to do is block all folders when I have mywebserver enabled, except the wwwroot one.

I would also like to have mywebserver allow me to point 2 URL's to 2 different sites hosted on my computer.

Anyone with info regarding this is more than welcome to share it.
