The exact same thing was starting to really annoy me too, ehtn i remembered that i saw a script on one of the pages to resize pages automatically. find your index.html file, and open it in notepad or wordpad. At the top, there should be listed:
delete this line, and save your changes. Do not exit the document though. try your page, and if this helped, you are good to go. If it didnt, just go to Edit-undo and undo the deletion of the scripting line.
